     One of the highlights of my career has been an email correspondence I have had over the past year or so with 86-year old Richard H. Schwartz (who has lived in Israel for the last four years).  
      Richard, who has been .a pioneer … actually a legend … in the vegan movement, specifically with how it relates to Judaism.  It was perfect timing that the publication of Richard’s latest book, Vegan Revolution: Saving Our World, Revitalizing Judaism coincided with me recently starting my podcast.     After only six episodes, Vegan Stories Podcast has generated listeners from thirteen countries, thanks in large part to the amazing guests who I have interviewed so far.  There are much more longer-running podcasts with bigger-name hosts, and larger audiences, however, who I have heard talk about how much
