Pre-Tisha B’av Virtual Lobby Day for Climate Solutions with

Jewish Earth Alliance 

As Tisha B’av approaches, Aytzim is teaming up with Jewish Earth Alliance for Pre-Tisha B’av Virtual Lobby Day on Wednesday, July 23.  Please join us!

Congress must step up to protect the progress our country has made in protecting people and Earth.  With climate change making storms stronger, heat waves longer, and fires bigger, there is so much to do.

Before this session of Congress ends, we will call on our Senators to:

• Protect critical agencies such as NOAA and FEMA

• Pass legislation to make fossil fuel polluters pay for the damage they have caused

• Maintain clean energy credits that are putting the US on a path to end greenhouse gas emissions from power plants

It is easy to lobby with Jewish Earth Alliance.  You will participate in a half hour appointment on Zoom with other Jews from your state, led by a volunteer who has experience lobbying. You will be provided with talking points and training.
